Can I find out who else is attending Reunion?

Check the See Who's Coming page to see the names of fellow alumni who will be joining you at Reunion.

Can I take a tour of campus during Reunion?

Several different tours of campus are offered on Friday and Saturday at no additional cost to you. Please see the Schedule page for more details as well as information on a Trolley Tour of historic North and South Bethlehem sites.

Which events are family-friendly?

Lehigh's Reunion is a family-friendly event! Child care will be provided at the licensed Lehigh University Child Care Center for children between 3-10 years of age. Services include fun activities, snacks, and dinner. Due to space limitations, you must register your child by calling (610) 758-2746 or by registering online at alum.lu/reunion by 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, May 9. Space is limited to first-come, first-served. There is also a minimum number of children needed to be able to offer this service, so sign up today!

Can you accommodate special needs?

Alumni with special needs are encouraged to attend Reunion. We want you to have as few obstacles as possible during your stay and to be able to participate in all activities. If you are registered for an event and want to ensure your needs are met, please contact the Office of University Events directly at (610) 758-2746 or by emailing us at inreun@lehigh.edu. To view Campus Accessibility, you may also visit the Building Access Map at any time.

If you have dietary restrictions or food allergies, we would be happy to accommodate you. Please be sure to list your restrictions or allergies when registering for the weekend.

What is the attire for the weekend?

Attire for the weekend is casual. We recommend comfortable clothes and shoes so that you can walk around campus during the day. For Friday evening's Soiree Under the Stars, feel free to dress in your Lehigh Brown & White. For Saturday's dinners and Dessert en Blanc (and Brown), business casual is appropriate.

Men's and women's locker rooms inside Taylor Gym will be available on Saturday, June 8, from 12:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. for alumni that would like to clean up before their class dinners. The locker rooms have showers, but towel service is not provided.

Is on-campus housing available during Reunion?

Yes!. You'll need to act fast to stay with your classmates — we suggest booking your room(s) as early as possible. Apartment style and traditional style residence halls will be available to reserve as part of the registration process.

All residence hall accommodations that have been reserved for reunion guests are air conditioned. Residence hall accommodations include two sheets, blanket, pillow, pillowcase, two towels, and a washcloth. Guests are responsible for making up their beds and for providing toiletries including soap, shampoo, etc. Parking will be available near residence halls.

Transportation & Parking

Where can I park?

You may park your car in most of the university lots or parking garages* throughout campus. The Alumni Memorial Building parking garage is most convenient to the complimentary Reunion Transportation service. Parking in the campus garages is complimentary, as long as you don't park in a metered space. Please note, if you park in a metered space on or off campus, you are responsible for paying the meter.

If you are staying in on campus housing, parking will be available near your residence hall.

*The Zoellner Arts Center Parking Garage is available, but for an additional charge.

How do I get to and from events on campus?

Lehigh offers transportation for Reunion on Friday (10 a.m. to midnight) and Saturday (8 a.m. to midnight) to get our alumni to and from their hotel or residence halls as well as to different events on campus. The Reunion Transportation service dispatches from the west side of the Alumni Memorial Building in the arrival court and picks up and drops off at most event locations. The shuttle service will also provide transportation to and from on-campus housing and hotels with a Lehigh Reunion Room Block.

How do I contact Reunion Transportation Service to be picked up at my hotel?

The Reunion Weekend program (that can be obtained at the Reunion Headquarters in Alumni Memorial Building) will have the phone number to our Reunion Transportation Service and you can call to be picked up as needed throughout the weekend. You can be picked up and/or dropped off at any of the hotels where there is a Lehigh Reunion Room Block and anywhere on Lehigh's campus.
